Adequate adult leadership is a critical factor
in a unit's ability to succeed while at camp.
Units are encouraged to come to camp with a
number of adults that is proportional to the
number of scouts they bring, and are expected to
supervise. To that end, Western Mass Scout Camps
does not charge for the first two leaders at
summer resident camp and charges a very low
price for the other adults as outlined in the
above chart. |

Camperships |
| |
Camperships are
reductions in the total cost of camp, offered to
qualifying Western Massachusetts Council Scouts.
Camperships are given in varying amounts based
on need and funds availability. Scouts
wishing to be apply for a campership must submit
a completed application to the Western
Massachusetts Council |
